HZS75搅拌站由物料供给、计量、搅拌及电气控制系统等部分组成。该站额定生产率为75m3/h，混凝土卸料高度为3.8m。其可以搅拌各类混凝土，适用于中等规模的建筑施工及公路桥梁等的工程建设及大中型砼预制件厂和商品砼生产厂。
本站是在我公司生产的JS1500单机基础上，进行合理的配套，配以PL2400配料机，水泥仓和螺旋输送机（或破包装置），增加水路系统、外加剂系统、水泥称量系统后，相应增加气路控制系统和电气控制系统，构成砼搅拌站。
